    All Chery Tiggo 7 and Tiggo 8 crossover SUVs now have a five-star rating from independent safety authority ANCAP. The top rating had previously been applied to petrol-powered versions of the two SUVs, but ANCAP has now applied it to all petrol and plug-in hybrid Tiggo 7 variants produced from June 30, 2025.   • Learner driver in Audi TT caught after 226km/h blast with disqualified supervisor

    Victoria Police officers have caught a learner driver allegedly speeding at more than 220km/h along a Melbourne freeway, accompanied by a supervisor who had been disqualified from driving. The L-plater’s Audi TT was stopped by Nunawading Highway Patrol after it was allegedly travelling at 226km/h in a 100km/h zone along the Monash Freeway at around 3am this morning.
